From Mrs. Pryor
What A great year!
St. Mary School finished the year just as we began – with all things looking up. We were officially able to throw the masks away and return to some sense of normalcy.
The auction was a tremendous success, and it was an incredibly fun evening. We are grateful to all the people who made this event happen after four long years. In ad-dition to our PTO purchasing four Clear Touch interac-tive boards, the students all enjoyed their end-of-year field trips with PreK-2 bowling at Salem bowl and 5-8 having fun at Urban Air. All students also enjoyed field day courtesy of the PTO complete with games and Dom-ino’s pizza. We are currently looking at an enrollment of approximately 105 for the 2022-2023 schoolyear, and we are welcoming new and old teachers who are excited to be part of our team for next year.
We have been incredibly blessed with the best students and families, and I am forever grateful for the positive upswing happening around our school and parish. Sum-mer activities include a rescheduled golf tournament on June 18, the rummage sale at the end of June, the students singing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” on July 14, a PTO sponsored swimming party on August 1, and our back-to-school ice cream social on August 13.
We are currently looking for a motivated person to take over our after-school program, and we are also seeking volunteers to cover recesses to allow our teachers extra time for grading and preparing with larger class sizes. Please feel free to email me at
firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
Please keep the school in your thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Maria Pryor, Principal
St. Mary school is happy to announce that we have 105 students pre-registered for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. With only four students graduating form eighth grade, most of our students are returning this fall!
This outstanding growth in student registrations is a direct result of the tireless dedication so many people have given to St. Mary School. The facility and staff have a personal commitment to the academic and spiritual development of our students.
Our PTO has reported record support of all of our activities.
Finally, a big thanks goes to the parishioners of St. Mary and St. Lawrence Parishes who have a deep commitment Catholic education. You are the reason young parents choose St. Mary’s when it is time to educate their children.
